What "Unlimited" Actually Means
Unlimited content changes means you can update your website content as often as you need, and I'll make those changes as part of your subscription. No hourly fees. No per-change charges. No counting requests.
Need to update your hours? Done. Want to change your service descriptions? Done. Add a new team member? Done. Holiday announcement? Done.
This is the stuff that keeps your website alive and relevant—and it shouldn't cost you extra every time.
What's Included
✅ Content Changes (Unlimited)
- Text updates (copy, headlines, descriptions)
- Image swaps (same size/placement)
- Contact information updates
- Business hours and scheduling
- Team member additions/removals
- Service descriptions and pricing
- Announcement banners
- Menu or product updates
- Seasonal content refreshes
- Typo fixes (hey, it happens)
What Costs Extra
Unlimited changes covers content within your existing site structure. Some things require additional work:
Additional Work (Quoted Separately)
- New pages: Adding entirely new pages to your site
- New sections: Major structural additions to existing pages
- New features: Forms, galleries, booking systems, etc.
- Design changes: Changing colors, layouts, or visual style
- Complex functionality: Custom calculators, integrations, etc.
I'll always tell you upfront if something falls outside unlimited changes and provide a quote before any work begins.
24-Hour Turnaround
Most content changes are completed within 24 hours of your request. Often much faster—if I'm at my desk when your email comes in, it might be done in minutes.
Complex requests or multiple changes might take a bit longer, but I'll always let you know the timeline.
How It Works
- You send the request: Email me with what you want changed (screenshots, documents, whatever's easiest)
- I make the change: Usually within 24 hours
- I confirm it's done: You get an email when it's live
- You review: Let me know if anything needs adjustment
That's it. No tickets. No waiting weeks. No approval workflows. Just you, me, and a quick turnaround.
Why This Matters
Your Website Stays Current
How many small business websites have outdated information because it's too expensive or too much hassle to update them? Too many. Your website should reflect your business today, not six months ago.
No Surprise Bills
Traditional web developers charge $75-150+ per hour for changes. A simple text update could cost $50-100 by the time they've logged in, found the file, made the change, and billed you. That adds up fast and discourages you from keeping your site current.
You Focus on Business
You shouldn't have to learn WordPress or fight with a website builder to change your hours. Just tell me what you need, and it gets done. Your time is better spent on your actual business.
Real Examples
Here's what unlimited changes looks like in practice:
Restaurant Client
Updates their specials and hours weekly, seasonal menu changes quarterly, occasional event announcements. Probably 100+ changes per year, all included.
Service Business
Updates team member profiles when staff changes, adjusts service descriptions as offerings evolve, adds testimonials as they come in. Maybe 20-30 changes per year.
Professional Practice
Occasional bio updates, credential additions, office hour changes. Maybe 5-10 changes per year. Still unlimited, still no extra cost.
Retail Shop
Product descriptions, sale announcements, holiday hours, new arrivals. Could be weekly or could be monthly—depends on the season.
The Trust Factor
Some people ask: "What if I abuse unlimited changes?"
Honestly? In my experience, that doesn't happen. Business owners are busy. They request changes when they need them, and that varies naturally throughout the year. The subscription model works because we're both acting in good faith.
If someone was requesting hundreds of frivolous changes daily, we'd have a conversation. But that's never happened, and I don't expect it to. Most clients are just glad they can update their site without getting a bill every time.
The Point
Your website should be easy to keep current. That means no barriers—financial or technical—to making updates.
Unlimited changes removes the mental math of "is this update worth the cost?" Just update it. Keep it fresh. That's what a good website partner enables.
